(August 26, 2022, Chengdu) The 2022 Chengdu Auto Show (CDAS) kicked off today. Led by its global strategy “Reimagine”, Jaguar Land Rover made a stunning presence at the expo with a number of new models, interpreting the Reimagine Strategy through its powerful product line-up.
At the show, Land Rover launched a number of important new models in the Range Rover family: New Range Rover Sport made its China debut with pre-sale prices start from RMB 970,000, while the New Range Rover Sport First Edition’s pre-sale price starts from RMB 1,290,000; 23MY Range Rover 4.4 SV SWB and 4.4 SV LWB, with an MSRP of RMB 2,888,000 and 3,328,000; Range Rover’s first PHEV in China market – 23MY Range Rover PHEV AB LWB launched, with an MSRP of RMB 2,198,000; 22MY Range Rover Evoque L, with an MSRP from RMB 389,800; and 23.5MY Land Rover Discovery, with an MSRP from RMB 698,800. Jaguar also launched 23MY Jaguar F-PACE with an MSRP from RMB 468,000.

The powerful P440e plug-in hybrid powertrain provides elevated refinement and effortless performance. Its combination of a 38kWh lithium-ion battery, 105kW electric motor and 3.0-litre six-cylinder Ingenium engine powers the luxury SUV from 0-100km/h in 6.0 seconds. The P440e Extended-Range Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) offer exceptional efficiency, producing CO2 emissions as low as 18g/km and providing up to 113km (70 miles)* of EV range – exceeding initial expectations and offering customers even greater breadth of capability. Promote the Healthy Growth of Youth Group
At this year’s Chengdu Auto Show, Jaguar Land Rover China also exhibited crossover artwork created by the renowned modern artists, Chen Yujun and Wu Jianan. Alongside the launch of the New Range Rover in early April, Jaguar Land Rover China announced a charity auction event held in collaboration with the two artists. A grand total of RMB 340,000 was raised from the charity auction, which will be donated to the Youth Dream Fund as planned. The money will go towards promoting nutritious meal plans at the Jaguar Land Rover Hope School in Zhaotong, Yunnan Province, ensuring that each student has access to adequate, balanced, and comprehensive nutrition, which will in turn enable them to focus more on their personal development and academic performance. The meal plan is expected to start on September 1st when the children will be full of energy to start the new semester! At the same time, Jaguar Land Rover China also announced that it will provide modern education training for school staff at Hope School, will also continue to support children with eye diseases in remote areas through “Jaguar Land Rover Never Stop Caring Journey for Vision” programme. Moving forward, Jaguar Land Rover will continue to collaborate with likeminded people who also “Lead by Example” in charity and jointly promote the healthy growth of China’s youth.
