Jaguar Land Rover China and Chery Jaguar Land Rover Appoint Mr. Liu Wanjia to the Position of Executive Vice President of Customer Service of Integrated Marketing Sales and Service

【October 26th 2022, Shanghai】Mr. Richard Shore and Mr. Ma Zhenshan, President and Deputy President of Integrated Marketing Sales and Service (IMSS) of Jaguar Land Rover China and Chery Jaguar Land Rover, jointly announced the appointment of Mr. Liu Wanjia to replace Mr. Wang Jun to the position of Executive Vice President of Customer Service of IMSS from now on, fully responsible for the customer service business in China of Jaguar and Land Rover brands.

Mr. Liu Wanjia has abundant automobile experience in areas such as after-sales service, market communication and product strategy. He first joined the organization in February 2020 as Executive Vice President of Special Projects of Chery Jaguar Land Rover.

Mr. Ma Zhenshan, Deputy President of IMSS said, “Mr. Liu Wanjia has distinguished leadership capability and profound industry experience, I believe, under his guidance, the concept of “customer-focused” of Jaguar Land Rover brand will certainly be implemented practically and the overall operation and management level of IMSS will be further enhanced.”

Mr. Liu Wanjia was graduated from University of Jilin with a Master Degree of Vehicle Engineering.
